Boardgent is joining Auvik. We've been acquired!

Today, I am excited to share that Boardgent has been acquired by Auvik, an award-winning provider of cloud-based network management software.

Why?

From day one, the mission at Boardgent has been to empower IT teams through a modern cloud solution with exceptional capabilities. By joining Auvik, we are doubling down on that goal.

When we saw the complexity of endpoint management solutions available, we started Boardgent, re-imagining the toolset of modern IT teams. From this, we created a product for today's distributed workforce, instead of assuming all company computers are in the same building. Fabulous IT teams use Boardgent today to manage updates, hard disk encryption, geolocation, remote control, and more than 40 other needs in a single console.

Our ultimate goal was to make Boargdent the only tool IT teams would need instead of having to rely on several complex and non-integrated solutions. And that's why we are so excited to be joining Auvik.

Auvik is the best product for managing network devices from the cloud, as Boardgent is for managing computers. Together, we are in a unique position to monitor the entire end-user experience and provide our customers with a complete, powerful, yet easy-to-use integrated platform.

What's next?

Over the next few months, the Boardgent and Auvik teams will be working on integrating our deep endpoint and network monitoring and management systems to provide the best possible experience for our users.
